The Smoked

The authentic taste of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop in a rustic and surprising variant. The natural smoking with organic wheat straw fumes, made as usual by wrapping the pasta in a wet cloth or in a layer of damp straw, aromatizes the product giving it an original flavor and giving it that note peculiarity of a delicate heart of wrapped milk from a tasty zest. A real taste experience!
