Dairy production is an age-old process with ancient ancestral roots. Cheese making is not simply a job but rather a real passion, an art full of secrets and key values, handed down from generation to generation, in which the hands make the difference: it is the harmony that is created between them and the product to be processed that manages to transform milk into tasty cheeses and mozzarella.
From this union of passion and tradition, the initial dairy was born in the 1930s thanks to the will and forward-looking vision of the Scaramuzzo family. Since then, the renowned dairy tradition of Vallo di Diano has been the driver of the growth of this small dairy, quickly establishing its products throughout Southern Italy. The great passion for this job and the experience gained over the years, contribute to the professional development of the company. High technological and productive and organizational levels are reached, using the most modern machinery for the production and packaging of cheeses, while always keeping the work of the artisans and the ancient Cilento dairy tradition at the center. The production, carefully followed in every phase, is still characterized today by the unchanged passion of the past, respecting the wise artisan philosophy.
